The short version
Sinan AI is an AI sales and growth agent that businesses connect to their own leads and customers. It qualifies inbound conversations, escalates to a human when a conversation calls for it, books meetings, and follows up automatically. For stores on Shopify, WooCommerce, or their own custom platform, it can manage the storefront itself too: catalog, pricing, theme, and published content.
Sinan AI is founder-led and bootstrapped, with no outside investors. The product is tested first on the company's own internal test store, ICE ERA Activewear, before any feature ships to a customer.

In the press
Ten days in: what shipped, and what actually matters
Over the last ten days we shipped a fairly wide mix: a rebuilt Leads and Insights view built on real chat-widget conversations instead of an owner's own test chats, a redesigned analytics tab with cart-activity tracking, direct owner replies to any lead, automated abandoned-cart recovery emails, and a daily owner digest. We also fixed a session-logout bug that had been quietly leaving old tokens valid on the server after someone logged out, and closed a real gap in how Sinan AI's self-learning worked: a knowledge gap the owner had already resolved could get silently lost if the business profile was rewritten afterward. It can't be anymore.
Most of what's in Sinan AI falls into three tiers, and it's worth being honest about which ones actually matter regardless of what you sell. The first is the baseline every business gets the same value from: a chat that qualifies a lead using facts from your own business profile instead of guessing, a human handoff the moment something needs a real person, and a dashboard and mobile app that show real numbers instead of vanity metrics.
The second tier is specific to anyone selling a physical product online. That covers the Shopify, WooCommerce, and custom-store integrations, real order and inventory lookups, abandoned-cart recovery, and analytics that track add-to-cart and checkout activity rather than just page views. If you don't run a storefront, none of this touches you, and that's fine. It's built to stay out of the way when it isn't relevant.
The third tier is smaller and more situational: multilingual conversations, a customizable chat widget, self-publishing blog content, and appointment-style slot booking. Useful for some businesses, unnecessary for most.
The health-monitoring and self-learning fixes in this update exist because we found those gaps ourselves, on our own accounts, before a customer had to point them out. That's still the standard we're holding this to.
An update on our work with Biscotto
We've started working with Biscotto, a small business using Sinan AI to handle incoming sales conversations. As with any new deployment, we're still in the early stages of this engagement, and we don't have performance numbers we're ready to publish yet.
What we can say is that the setup followed our usual process: connecting Sinan AI to Biscotto's existing channels, configuring it to answer questions and qualify leads the way their team would, and monitoring the conversations closely before making any changes to how much is automated.
We'll share more detail, including any results worth reporting, once we have enough data to back it up. We'd rather wait and be accurate than put out numbers before we trust them ourselves.
