Yes. Each plan's main price includes 19% German VAT, and the price without VAT is shown under it, for example Shop: €75.62 + €14.37 VAT = €89.99 a month. Sinan AI is sold to businesses only; a business that is not a small business under § 19 UStG can usually reclaim that VAT. Business customers in other EU countries with a valid VAT ID are invoiced the price without VAT and account for VAT in their own country (reverse charge).

Today: the chat widget on your website, a shareable chat link (for leads, ads, email signatures, QR codes), and WhatsApp through your own Meta Business number (Pro, Business and Scale; Meta's own WhatsApp fees are passed on at cost). Escalations reach you by email, push notification, Slack, Zapier, Make or your own webhook. Instagram DMs and a support-email channel are on the roadmap.
