We said irreversible actions always wait for you. Here's the actual count.

Not a policy we promise to follow. There's no setting, no confidence threshold, and no automated mode that can run a refund, a cancellation, a deletion, or a storefront theme switch without an explicit approval click first — the code that would need to call it doesn't have a path that skips one. Below is every time it's actually happened, computed live on every load of this page, not a screenshot.

1 requested, ever. 1 of 1 reached a human before anything happened — 100%.

How we know this holds

Refund, cancellation, product deletion, collection deletion, and theme-switch requests all go through exactly one door to reach your store's real API — the same "Approve" button you'd click in Focus > Pending actions. There's no second door for these five. The one mechanism that lets Sinan AI act on its own judgment at all — and only for lower-stakes, reversible things like a price or discount change, only when it states high confidence and a separate deterministic safety check agrees — is wired to exactly three specific actions, and none of the five above is one of them.

We didn't audit our way to that being true today. It's true because the code that would need a fourth or fifth door doesn't have one.

Why the number is small

Sinan AI is early — the same thing the About page says about our own pilots. A small, honest count is what that actually looks like in the data, and we'd rather show it to you plainly than wait for a bigger one before publishing this page.
